Analysis and solution of high temperature failure of air compressor in winter

Winter should be a season for stable operation of air compressor, but many enterprises frequently encounter high temperature failure. Failure analysis
Lubricating oil problem: Low temperature in winter will increase the viscosity of lubricating oil, affect fluidity, increase friction, and increase friction heat generation inside the air compressor. In addition, failure to replace lubricating oil in time or water entering the oil system may cause oil deterioration and affect the heat dissipation effect. Insufficient or excessive oil will also aggravate friction heat generation and affect the performance of air compressor.
Cooling system problem: Insufficient coolant, leakage or performance degradation will lead to poor heat dissipation and increased temperature of air compressor. Low temperature in winter may cause coolant to freeze and hinder the circulation of cooling pipes.
