How to prevent screw air compressor from overheating?

1. Check and clean the cooling system regularly:
The cooling system of screw air compressor is the key to prevent overheating. Check the cooler, cooling air room and cooling water pipeline regularly to ensure their normal operation and unimpeded. Clean the dust and impurities in the cooling system in time to keep the cooling effect good.
2. Keep good ventilation:
The heat generated by screw air compressor during operation needs good ventilation to dissipate. Ensure that the vents, ventilation holes, cooling fans around the equipment are unobstructed, so as to avoid further overheating caused by thermal accumulation.
3. Control the operating temperature:
Reasonable control of the operating temperature of screw air compressor is an important measure to prevent overheating. Monitor the outlet temperature of the compressor and the hole joint to ensure that it is within the normal range. Excessive temperature may mean straightening and repairing the cooling system, or adjusting the wall operation parameters.
4. Change the lubricating oil regularly:
Lubricating oil plays a cooling and lubricating role in screw air compressor. Change the lubricating oil regularly to keep its good cooling and lubricating performance and proper viscosity. Expired or unqualified lubricating oil will lead to overheating and equipment damage.

5. Install overheating protection device:
Installing overheating protection device for screw air compressor can automatically stop when the temperature is too high to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to overheating. This protection device can respond in time and take measures to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
