How to identify whether the lubricating oil of air compressor is deteriorated?
Here are four simple ways to judge whether the lubricating oil has deteriorated:
1. Rolling method: pinch the lubricating oil of air compressor between thumb and forefinger by hand and grind it repeatedly. If you feel a sense of sand or a greater sense of friction between your fingers, it means that there are many impurities in the lubricating oil and you need to replace it with a new one.
2. Oil drop trace method: Take a clean white test paper and drop several drops of air compressor lubricating oil on the test paper. After the oil leaks, observe whether there is black powder on the surface, and touch it with your hand to see if there is a feeling of yang astringency. If there is, it means that there are many impurities in the lubricating oil, and new lubricating oil needs to be replaced.

3. Illumination method: In sunny days, the lubricating oil of the air compressor is tilted at 45 degrees to the sunlight, and the oil drops are observed. Good lubricating oil can't see eyebrow grinding in the sun, but deteriorated lubricating oil can.
4. Oil flow observation method: Take two measuring cups, one of which holds the lubricating oil of the air compressor to be inspected, and the other is placed on the table. Lift the measuring cup filled with lubricating oil 30-40 cm away from the table and tilt it, so that it can slowly flow into the empty cup and observe its flow. The oil flow of good quality lubricating oil should be slender, uniform and continuous. If the oil flow is fast and slow, and sometimes large pieces flow down, it means that the oil has deteriorated and needs to be replaced with new lubricating oil.
