Benefits of oil injection by oil-injected screw air compressor
Oil-injected screw air compressor is widely used in compressed gas equipment of enterprises. It is a twin-screw air compressor, which is characterized by injecting lubricating oil while compressing gas and separating it in the subsequent work. Lubricating oil plays an important role in lubrication, cooling and sealing of oil-injected screw air compressor. Oil-injected screw air compressor injecting oil has the following benefits:
Reduce friction: by injecting lubricating oil to form an oil film, the direct contact between the male rotor and the female rotor of the screw air compressor is reduced, and the friction is greatly reduced.
Simplify the structure: make good use of the pressure difference generated in the process of its own gas path and continuously inject lubricating oil into the compression chamber and bearing position, thus simplifying the structure again.
Improve the sealing effect: the injected lubricating oil improves the sealing effect of the inter-tooth volume formed between the male rotor and the female rotor, and at the same time strengthens the sealing of the mating gap between the rotor and the shell and the end face, effectively improving the volumetric efficiency of the air compressor.
The oil-gas mixture participates in the compression process: the injected lubricating oil is fully mixed with the compressed high-temperature gas to form an oil-gas mixture, which is injected into the main engine again after oil separation and cooling in the subsequent process to participate in the compression process again.
Reduce high-frequency noise: Lubricating oil effectively reduces the high-frequency noise generated during compression.
