Cause analysis of low injection pressure of oil-injected screw air compressor

In the process of using oil-injected screw air compressor, sometimes the oil injection pressure is low. There may be the following reasons for this problem:
1. Oil pump failure: The oil injection system usually adopts gear pump or plunger pump. If the pump body is poorly sealed or worn, the oil injection pressure will drop.
2. Filter plug: The filter is an important component for filtering oil stains and particles. If the filter plug is blocked, it will affect the oil flow and injection pressure.
3. Oil circuit blockage: Oil pollution and impurity precipitation will lead to oil circuit blockage, which will hinder the normal flow of oil and reduce the injection pressure.
4. Nozzle wear: Nozzle is the key component to control the fuel injection quantity and direction. If the nozzle is worn or blocked, it will lead to low fuel injection pressure or zero uneven oil.
5. Pressure switch failure: The pressure switch can automatically control the start-stop and pressure adjustment of the screw air compressor. If the switch fails or is not properly adjusted, the fuel injection pressure will be low.

In view of the above problems, we can adopt the following solutions:
1. Replace the oil pump: If cleaning or repairing the oil pump can't solve the problem, you need to replace the new oil pump.
2. Replace filter element: Replace filter element regularly to ensure smooth and clean oil circuit.
3. Dredge the oil path: clear the blocked oil path to ensure the normal flow of oil.
4. Replace the nozzle: replace the worn or blocked nozzle in time to ensure uniform oil injection and stable pressure.
5. Replace the pressure switch: If the pressure switch is found to be faulty or improperly adjusted, it needs to be replaced or adjusted in time.
The above measures can effectively solve the problem of low oil injection pressure of oil-injected screw air compressor and improve the operation efficiency and stability of the equipment.
