Effective methods for maintaining two-stage compressor

Take the following ways to maintain the two-stage compression energy-saving air compressor, so that you can use it for ten years:
First: take personal operation
Relevant personnel are needed to monitor the dust accumulation in time. Fixed personnel can grasp the state of the two-stage compression air compressor more clearly.
Second: regular inspection and maintenance
Weekly: a. Check the unit for abnormal sound and leakage; B check whether the instrument reading is correct; C. check whether the temperature display is normal.
Monthly: a. Check whether there is rust or looseness in the machine. If there is rust, remove rust, oil or paint, and tighten the looseness; B. drain condensed water.
Every three months: a. Clean the dust on the outer surface of the cooler and the fan cover and blades; B, filling lubricating oil on the motor bearing; C. Check the hose for aging and cracking; D. Check the electrical components and clean the electric cabinet.
Third: regular maintenance
The replacement time of cooling lubricating oil of two-stage compressor depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there are acid-base gases in the air. The newly purchased air compressor must be replaced with new oil after 500 hours of operation for the first time, and then every 4000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle, and the machine with an annual operation of less than 4000 hours should be replaced once a year.
