Main contents of minor repair and medium repair of screw air compressor
2023-12-11
1. What does the minor repair of screw air compressor include?
There is only a rough distinction between minor repair and medium repair of air compressor, and there is no absolute boundary, and the specific situation of each user is different, so the division is different. The content of general minor repairs is to eliminate individual defects of the compressor and replace individual parts, including:
(1) Clean the air filter;
(2) Eliminate oil leakage and oil leakage of air compressor and pipeline;
(3) Clean the cooler and replace the faulty valve;
(4) Check the carbon deposition on the rotor at the inlet;
(5) Check the diaphragm of the servo cylinder of the intake valve;
(6) Check and tighten the screws in each part;
(7) Check the safety valve and pressure gauge, etc.

2. What does the medium repair of screw air compressor include?
The medium repair of screw air compressor is generally carried out once every 3000~6000 hours. In addition to doing all the minor repairs, the medium repair also needs to disassemble, repair and replace some parts, such as disassembling the oil-gas barrel, replacing the filter element of the oil filter and the filter element of the oil-gas separator, and checking the rotor wear. Dismantle, check and adjust the thermal control valve (temperature control valve) and pressure maintenance valve (minimum pressure valve) to make the machine work normally.
