Operating specification for screw air compressor startup and shutdown
1. Precautions before starting the machine:
1) Check the three-phase power supply and make sure it is normal.
2) Open the door lock of the screw air compressor and observe the oil level of the air compressor. At this time, the oil level can't be lower than the lowest level, otherwise the coolant needs to be replenished to the normal position.
3) Open the power lock of the controller and observe whether there is any abnormal display on the LCD screen. Display "equipment stopped", which means normal.
4) Open the outlet valve of the air compressor.
5) After the above inspection is correct, press the screw air compressor start button, that is, the (ON) button, and the air compressor can work normally.
2.The operation matters needing attention
1) After starting the machine, observe the operation of the air compressor for 3 ~ 5 minutes. Observe whether there is abnormal noise and vibration, whether there is oil or gas leakage, etc. Otherwise, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
2) There is pressure in the rotating pipeline and container. It is forbidden to loosen the pipeline or plug and open unnecessary valves.
3) Observe the oil level during operation. When the screw air compressor is running, the oil level is lower than that after stopping, which is a normal phenomenon. When the oil level is not visible and the exhaust temperature is as high as 100 degrees, stop the machine immediately. Observe the oil level after stopping for 10 seconds. If it is insufficient, replenish the coolant when there is no pressure in the system.

4) After the gas is cooled by the cooler, it will produce a certain amount of condensed water, which should be discharged regularly, otherwise the water will be brought into the back system by the gas. According to the weather and the time of water discharge, it can be flexibly adjusted, and it is usually more frequent in summer.
5) During operation, parameters such as voltage, current, outlet gas pressure, outlet exhaust temperature and oil level should be recorded at least every day for reference in future maintenance.

3.The downtime considerations
1) Press the OFF key at first, and after 10 ~ 15 seconds, the intelligent controller stops according to the preprogram. The motor will stop. To avoid direct shutdown of the screw air compressor under heavy load.
2) If necessary, turn off the power lock switch (red button) and turn off the power lock.
3) After the air compressor stops, it can't be started immediately, so it needs to wait for about 1~2 minutes, and the system will automatically empty the internal pressure to prevent the motor from being damaged by heavy load starting.
4) After debugging, adjust the pressure and other parameters according to the actual situation, and set it to full automatic control mode. In general, users don't have to adjust themselves.
